At BELNova, we are committed to reliable and timely delivery of our products to support your manufacturing and production needs. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Custom, bulk, or special-order products may require additional processing time. If this applies to your order, we will notify you directly.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers for larger or palletized shipments. Shipping method availability and costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on package weight and dimensions, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. For large-volume or freight orders, shipping costs may be quoted separately.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier but typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping
International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Customers interested in international orders should contact us prior to purchase to confirm availability, pricing, and customs requirements. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. BELNova is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. BELNova is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped packages.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you promptly.
